I bump into students who had gone way too far into "the meaning" that they found themselves clouded in thought and walk around confused.
When you over think, our thoughts become a never ending chaos of endless possibilities because it won't stop till it works for you.
For many of us we need a short cut to enlightenment or once we have blips of it its never enough.
We give up because we realize this is too much to bear this emotional drama we created for ourselves displaces us.
We stop to breath, go to another room, clean, anything to distract for this need to find what we misplaced if we even remember what that was.
We start all over again, this time calmer, talking to ourselves of focus and walking through how it got to this point, the whole time it was right there waiting for us to come back.
This is how life can be not just of Yoga. Life in general.
When we over stimulate ourselves we get clouded, displaced and then we just become blank without life because we over thought and reacted to it.
We need to make ourselves aware of "here we are", that what happened was all it was and nothing more. We will find what we thought we misplaced was right here all along and that is enough.
